Our District Superintendent

West Virginia North District Church of the Nazarene is led by our superintendent, Rev. Kevin Dennis.  Elected on August 20, 2004, Rev. Dennis was installed by Dr.  Jim Bond, presiding General Superintendent.

Rev. Dennis was the former pastor of Wellsburg, West Virginia Church of the Nazarene, where he had served for nearly 11 years.  Other former pastorates include Philadelphia (PA) First Church, Utica (OH) Hillside Church, and staff ministry at Marietta (OH) First Church.

A graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, Rev. Dennis completed a Masters Degree from Olivet Nazarene University and continued studies with Fuller Seminary and Nova Southeastern University.

He and his wife, Deborah and son, Jared, live in Morgantown, WV.  Deborah teaches high school chemistry and physics.  Jared is a student at Trinity Christian High School
